Enforcement Lens provides automated, language-only analysis of user-submitted text. The platform does not:

• Determine regulatory compliance
• Interpret laws, regulations, or enforcement actions
• Predict regulatory outcomes

All outputs are informational only.

User Responsibilities

Users are solely responsible for:

• The content they upload
• How results are interpreted or used
• Ensuring appropriate professional review where required

No Reliance

Results generated by Enforcement Lens should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional judgment. Users acknowledge that regulatory determinations depend on facts, intent, and execution not assessed by the platform.

Limitation of Liability

Millennial Web3 Group makes no warranties regarding regulatory outcomes or risk mitigation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Millennial Web3 Group disclaims liability for decisions made based on platform outputs.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
